After thirty-five years at our former location, Stepping Stones of Rockford, Inc. has relocated its corporate headquarters.

This move was facilitated by the need for more space in order to accommodate the growing demand for the organization's mental health treatment services and the new facility provides space for continued expansion. In addition to administrative activities, client services will be provided at this new facility including; admissions, telepsychiatry, nursing, counseling, community support groups, pre-vocational training and other related activities.

New location: 4930 East State Street in Rockford, 61108. The phone and fax numbers and email addresses will remain the same.

There will be a Ribbon Cutting ceremony and Open House held on Thursday, October 29, 2026 from 3:00-6:00 p.m. There will be a short program with invited speakers at 3:00 p.m., followed by the opportunity for guests to tour the facility.
