EHR & HRIS Systems Administrator.  As an Systems Administrator, you are responsible for configuring and supporting EHR/HRIS software. The Systems Administrator will provide end-user support, create workflow analysis, design, build, troubleshoot, and train individuals and groups on applications. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: $66,175.00 - $71,652.00 per year. Work Location: In Person. 

Qualifications: bachelor's or associate degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience and training. Two (2) years of experience working with an Electronic Health Record. (Required).

Responsibilities: Works closely with appropriate staff within HR, IT, Finance, Clinical, and other relevant departments to deliver robust and well-supported data integrations between systems. Assist staff with the creation of advanced reports and functions to support their day-to-day responsibilities. Conducts comprehensive analysis of complex data, identifying trends, and translation insights into actionable recommendations. Provides software coaching and training to individual and group employees of the organization in support of applications use. Provide timely end-user support to employees through troubleshooting, coaching, and consulting. Perform technical tasks in support of database maintenance, application development, data entry, and QA work. Leverage SQL skills to query, manipulate, and manage data within relational databases. Ensure the efficient and effective use of data in support of strategic initiatives.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse). Under the supervision of the Director of Services and the Agency Psychiatric Medical Director, the LPN coordinates the clients' psychiatric pharmacological needs with the psychiatrist, Rehab Supervisor, Case Manager, and other health care professionals as needed. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour. Work Location: In person

Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully a person must have the ability to assess multiple systems, provide intervention and assess the results of consumer care. They must be accountable, interact well with others and communicate effectively orally and in writing. Must have a valid Illinois driver's license, liability insurance and own and operate passenger vehicle for work.

Education: Minimum formal requirements are a Registered Nursing degree in good standings from the State of Illinois and two years' experience in mental health or a related social service field. Formal training is provided by the agency and must be completed in a timely fashion as a requirement of continuing employment.

Mental Health Therapist. We are looking for Mental Health Therapists to work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Seeking master's licensed or pre-licensed clinicians to address mental health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, and substance abuse. Prefer LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, bilingual, and three years prior experience. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: $54,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year.

Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, a person must be people-oriented, motivated, flexible, and organized. They must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requires skill and training in therapeutic counseling, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and prioritization.

Education: Minimum formal requirement: A Master's degree in therapy, counseling, or social work. We are preferred licensed and bilingual.
